Product Lead
Eidra, a Nordic consulting collective, is expanding into the US market. We're seeking an experienced Product Lead to join our product and technology group based in Chicago.
As a Product Lead at Eidra, you own the full product lifecycle — from shaping the vision with clients, to shipping high-quality digital products, to scaling them into lasting competitive advantages. You're not a handoff person. You're in the room when strategy is set, in the sprint when decisions need to be made, and at the table when results are being evaluated. Our Product Leads bring equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and they have the empathy, communication skills, and product instincts to earn the trust of clients and cross-functional teams alike. Depending on the engagement, you may be the senior-most person on the account — owning both the client relationship and the product direction.
This role is based in Chicago, with a commitment of 3 days per week at Eidra's office. As part of our expanding US presence, you'll also help grow Eidra's footprint in the American market and establish our reputation for excellence in product strategy and delivery.
Responsibilities
Shape
Partner with client stakeholders to define a compelling digital product vision — translating business goals, user needs, and market opportunities into a clear, actionable product strategy.
Lead solution definition, aligning technology and user experience into a coherent approach the team can execute against.
Act as a trusted subject-matter expert, guiding clients through every stage of the product journey with clarity and confidence.
Lead client relationships directly, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor — not a supporting voice, but the person clients look to for direction.
Ship
Stay embedded in the execution team alongside project managers, engineers, and designers — driving decisions, removing blockers, and keeping the product on course.
Work as, or closely with, product managers to develop user stories, prototypes, and roadmaps that guide development from sprint to sprint.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and trade-offs throughout delivery, holding accountability for the quality and direction of the final solution.
Scale
Lead product iteration post-launch, using data and user feedback to inform what comes next and continuously improve what's been shipped.
Manage a portfolio of client engagements across different lifecycle stages, from early discovery through growth and optimization.
Independently own accounts end-to-end, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand engagements.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital product strategy and delivery within a consulting or agency environment, with a proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and beyond.
Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, launch, and post-launch iteration using Agile and Lean methodologies.
A strategic mindset paired with a bias for execution — able to translate high-level business objectives into shipped products and platforms that drive real business growth.
Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and apply them to product strategy and iteration.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging Director-level stakeholders and clearly articulating the value of what's been built.
Proven ability to own accounts end-to-end, managing senior client relationships and driving engagement growth independently.
Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary projects across different teams, resulting in successful product launches.
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment — always focused on getting great products to market.
