Product Strategy Director
Eidra is expanding in the US market and is seeking an experienced Product Strategy Director to join our product and technology group based in Chicago.
You’ll lead product strategy for our clients across the full product lifecycle, from early planning and opportunity framing to launch, optimization, and scale. Your strength is making sense of complexity by spotting patterns, identifying potential, and turning ideas into growth-driving products and programs.
This role is for someone who doesn’t live in slides or hide behind process. You know what great looks like in product, commercially, experientially, and technically, and you stay close enough to the work to make sure it ships and performs. You bring clarity without rigidity, structure without ego, and momentum in complex environments.
You’ll operate with real autonomy by owning stakeholder relationships, running accounts independently, and helping grow the business through expansion opportunities and new business work. You’ll help shape Eidra’s growth in the region and across the US by building relationships, showing up in the community, and strengthening our reputation through the impact of the work.
Location: Chicago (3 days/week in office minimum). Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
What You'll Do
Partner with clients to clarify what they’re actually trying to achieve, and translate ambition into product direction grounded in commercial logic, customer reality, and technical feasibility.
Carry strategic perspective through the full product lifecycle — creating clarity, momentum, and confidence through discovery, roadmap definition, delivery, launch, and evolution, ensuring what ships performs in the real world, and helping optimize it when it could be better.
Run accounts independently—own senior stakeholder relationships, navigate complexity and ambiguity, and lead cross-functional teams with clear direction and accountability.
Be hands-on in the work, working directly with multidisciplinary project teams to unblock progress, sharpen decisions, and raise the quality bar as the work takes shape.
Grow the work by spotting where more value can be created and helping shape new opportunities across of Eidra’s capabilities, proposals, and pitches because you understand the work deeply and can see what’s possible.
Help build Eidra in Chicago by being visible in the community, representing our point of view, building relationships and partnerships, and turning that presence into new conversations and opportunities.
Who You Are
10+ years in digital product strategy, consulting, or senior product leadership (agency/consulting background strongly preferred), with a track record of shaping, shipping, and evolving complex digital products that perform commercially and experientially.
Commercially sharp, with experience independently leading accounts, driving account growth, proposals, and pitches.
Comfortable owning senior stakeholder relationships independently and creating momentum in complex environments.
Hands-on, craft-oriented, and pragmatic. You know what great looks like, you engage in the detail when needed, and you help teams move faster with more confidence.
Passionate about applying modern technologies, including AI, but clear-eyed about what creates real value.
A natural dot connector. You connect themes, people, and disparate ideas into clear direction, aligned teams, and forward momentum.
Motivated by building and growing, and excited to help shape Eidra’s trajectory in Chicago and across the US.
