What will you do?

As an Associate, you will take a driving role within project teams, ensuring progress and execution excellence.

• Support Strategic Transformation: Help uncover client challenges and develop actionable plans that drive real change

• Conduct Research & Analysis: Perform market research, competitive analysis, and financial assessments to generate insights and strategic recommendations

• Identify AI Opportunities: Recognize where AI and intelligent automation can create value for clients and help them understand what's possible and feasible

• Develop Client Deliverables: Translate complex ideas into clear recommendations through compelling presentations and business cases

• Drive Execution: Support implementation of transformation initiatives to ensure recommendations are translated into measurable results

Who are you?

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting or in a role with exposure to strategic projects

• Strong understanding of AI and its business applications – you follow developments in generative AI and can articulate how these technologies create value

• Excellent analytical and communication skills – structured thinking, clear articulation across audiences

• Collaborative and proactive – you take ownership, thrive in teams, and navigate ambiguity with resilience

• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)

• Experience in data science, machine learning or AI

• Proficiency in financial modeling, process design methodologies or data visualization tools
