Technical Delivery Manager - Eidra US
Eidra, a leading innovation company, is expanding in the US market. We're seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our product and technology group based in Chicago.
As we grow our US presence in Chicago, we’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead technical delivery for a workstream/squad within one of our large client accounts. This is an ideal role for someone with solid delivery experience in enterprise settings who is ready to take on more ownership and grow into a future end-to-end product lead.
This role is based in Chicago, with a commitment of 3 days per week at Eidra's office in the West Loop. As part of our expanding presence in the US, you will also contribute to growing Eidra's footprint in the American market, helping to establish our reputation for excellence in development, strategy, and delivery. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. as sponsorship is not being offered for this role.
What You’ll Do
Own Technical Delivery: Take end-to-end responsibility for delivery within your workstream, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
Lead Agile Processes: Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), maintain project boards, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders within your workstream. Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and align on goals, priorities, and progress.
Enable Team Success: Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. Support team morale, help resolve delivery challenges, and champion best practices in technical delivery.
Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, share learnings, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Grow Toward Product Leadership: Work closely with experienced product and delivery leads, with a clear path to take on broader product ownership and leadership responsibilities.
Who You Are
~4–7 years of experience in technical delivery, project management, or product/project leadership roles within technology, digital, or consulting environments.
Proven experience delivering complex digital products or platforms, ideally for demanding or enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading multidisciplinary agile teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, drive alignment, and keep teams focused on outcomes.
Technically savvy, able to understand and communicate technical concepts with engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Eager to grow into a product leadership role, with a passion for building great products and teams.
Able to meld design, technology and product requirements into tangible work items for a multidisciplinary team, make work flow fast and deliver value into production environments iteratively.
