Delivery Lead – Key Accounts, Eidra/Umain Chicago

As we grow our US presence in Chicago, we’re now looking for a Delivery Lead to take the helm on some of our most visible client partnerships. This is a role at the intersection of people, process, and possibility — guiding talented teams to deliver digital solutions that reach millions. You’ll act as a PMO function for major accounts, help smaller accounts establish stable delivery processes, and remain hands-on in the work that matters most.

This role is based in Chicago, with a commitment of 3 days per week at our office. As part of our expanding presence in the US, you'll also contribute to our growing footprint in the American market, helping to establish our reputation for excellence in product strategy and delivery.

What you’ll do

• Drive Delivery Excellence Across Accounts:
  Take ownership of delivery for major client partnerships, acting as both a hands-on project leader and a PMO function. Guide teams through agile processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

• Enable Teams and Build Strong Processes:
  Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, helping them adopt best practices and agile methodologies. For smaller accounts, assess needs and implement fit-for-purpose delivery processes that enable stability and growth.

• Foster Alignment, Transparency, and Progress:
  Serve as the key link between product teams and business stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, surfacing risks early, and ensuring everyone is aligned on goals, progress, and expectations.

• Remove Obstacles and Champion Improvement:
  Proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges, protect team focus, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment. Lead by example, stepping in to manage critical projects or unblock teams when needed.

Who you are

• 7+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or PMO roles within technology, digital, or consulting environments.

• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and programs for major clients.

• Experience establishing and optimizing delivery processes that can scale across teams or accounts.

• Comfortable guiding agile product teams — ideally within digital product development, software, or platform work.

• Strong hands-on project management skills, with the ability to step in and lead delivery when required.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with agile, lean, and traditional project management methodologies.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.

• Driven by impact, quality, and results but humble enough to serve the team first.

Salary Range: $120k - $170k
